The old adage "Don't judge a book by its cover" is perfect for me. When one sees me they would never guess I like what I like and that my soul is darker than most. My outward appearance belies my passions. I was ecstatic to read about this site in Rue Morgue. As soon as I read the article, I came right online and signed up. It's better than loitering at the magazine shelf near Fangoria waiting for someone else like minded to get the new issue!! Even with 65,000 characters to use up (really, 65,000...thats waaaay more than usual. Now I want to keep typing just nonsense in order to see if I even break 1,000. Well, I digress.....) talking about oneself is not enough to get a true understanding of who you are. So, contact me and let's talk about CGI vs. practical effects and the use of karo syrup vs. ketchup. And any thing else we want to talk about too....

Do you have a while? 85% of my DVD collection are horror titles. I'm quite a large Clive Barker fan. His movies and writings and art. Gimme horror/gore over any other movie. Obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be here. Universal Studios is my favorite movie studio and theme park simply because they pioneered the Classic Horror Movies. Similarly I feel that about New Line Cinemas. I had to make up a Powerpoint for a class and I did it on the evolution of horror movies. So, yeah, do you have awhile?

Kill shots make a movie for me. The overall picture could be utter crap, but if there is a good death scene. kill shot, I'm hooked. One of my faves is still from the opening scene of Ghost Ship. When everyone gets sliced and the guts spew forth, oh yeah, thats what I'm talking about!!
